Digital downloads/software licenses

Opened game codes or activated products

Personalized/custom-made items

Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

How to Request a Refund

Your order number

Product details

Reason for refund request

Return Authorization:

We’ll review your request within 48 hours

If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Ship Your Return:

Include the RMA number on your package

Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, FedEx)

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exceptions

Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund

Wrong Items Received: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund

Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded/activated

Return Shipping Costs
